If you are reserving a date for a group whose members are paying individually please arrange this with us first before registering. We will then make sure your group has a name that everyone can sign up under. Your members will then enter the group name at check out.
Explore the world of awesome garden bugs and discover how they're the real superheroes for our plants! Get ready for a bug-tastic adventure with a bug hunt, followed by creating flower bags to celebrate these great friends! Field trips will return in August on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at 12:30pm.
Please add to your cart the amount of children 4 and older joining the field trip. Siblings under 4 and parents are free with a paying participant.
A minimum of 5 paying participants is required to reserve a field trip time.
Parent or Guardian must be present during the class for those under 18.
Dive into the magical world of flowers and colors! Discover the basics of color theory and bring that knowledge to life by crafting a vibrant bouquet. Walk away with your very own burst of colorful blooms to brighten your day.

Each field trip to our flower farm follows a simple, engaging flow designed to make the most of your visit.

Park in front of the barn and head over to the picnic benches to the south to meet your guide and get settled.

We’ll start with a short, age-appropriate chat introducing your chosen topic — either Bug Bonanza or Colorful Blooms.

Next, it’s time for hands-on fun! Children will either search for fascinating bugs in the garden or gather blooms to create a vibrant bouquet.

We’ll wrap up as a group to share discoveries, ask final questions, and complete a take-home activity — like crafting flower bags for our bug-loving visitors.

Parking is located in front of the large event barn. The Flower Field is to the left of the barn. The Barn and surrounding landscaped grounds are not part of Potted Blossom Flower farm. Please stay in the flower field area when visiting.
